7GUIs is project by Eugen Kiss that he created as a spin-off to his master's thesis to help create objective measurements of GUI patterns across languages and tooling. This project represents seven technical tasks presented in GUI development. Each task seeks to identify a set of tasks possible with each toolkit for an objective evaluation .
These tasks are non-trivial tasks to accomplish and seek to identify better approaches to interface design and development. We've chosen 7GUIs as a showcase for our starter.dev project to demonstrate how to accomplish these tasks with the selected technologies of a given kit and to hopefully provide inspiration for those wanting to use these kits.
